Quincy, FL – June 24, 2025- The Quincy Police Department is proud to announce the launch of a new and improved submission process that allows the public to file both complaints and compliments regarding the conduct of Quincy Police Department employees.
Starting July 5, 2025, all complaints and compliments must be submitted through the Quincy Police Department’s new digital system. The new process enables community members to provide feedback securely using a dedicated QR code or on the department’s website at www.quincyflpd.net under the Citizens Resource tab.
The Quincy Police Department’s Complaint and Compliment System provides a convenient and accessible way for individuals to submit feedback 24/7 using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Whether submitting a complaint or offering a compliment, users can upload supporting documentation or photos directly through the form, receive confirmation that their submission has been received, and have the option to remain anonymous. This system reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and recognizing the dedication of our officers in serving the Quincy community. The system ensures that each entry is automatically logged and forwarded to the appropriate division for prompt review and/or investigation in accordance with department policy.
